About

Brendan (Bo) F. Pons is an Associate Attorney of King Law Firm. Bo grew up in Yankton, South Dakota, and attended the University of South Dakota for both undergraduate studies and law school. During his studies, Bo was a volunteer coach for his hometown high school debate team. Bo has over a decade of experience as primarily a Plaintiff’s attorney, focusing on civil trials, mediation, motor vehicle collisions, workers’ compensation, dog bite, personal injury, and insurance bad faith cases.

Bo was on Law Review and was a Sterling Honors Law School Graduate from the University of South Dakota in 2014. Bo has been in private practice for over a decade, during which time he has helped recover millions of dollars for clients. Prior to entering private practice, Bo was honored to be selected as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Justice Stephen L. Zinter with the South Dakota Supreme Court. Bo joined King Law Firm in the Fall of 2023, where he has continued to recover millions for his injured and wronged clients.

Bo enjoys spending time with his wife, Abby, their three children, William, Thomas, and Betsy, and their three dogs and two cats.
